• Xx 99 may request a national ID or other government-issued document at any time for age verification purposes
• Registering with a false age will result in account closure and forfeiture of all winnings

Single Account Policy

• Each person may open only one xx 99 account
• Multiple accounts cannot be created using the same mobile number, email address, or bank account
• If duplicate accounts are found, all associated accounts will be closed

Provide Accurate Information

Your name, address, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date. If any details change, please notify xx 99 Support.

Keeping your xx 99 account secure is your own responsibility. Never share your login credentials — especially your password — with anyone.

Password & Security

• Use a strong password — combine letters, numbers, and special characters
• Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended
• Avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi
• If you notice any suspicious login activity, change your password immediately and contact support

Account Suspension

Circumstances under which xx 99 may temporarily or permanently close an account:

• Providing False or Incomplete Information
• Suspected Irregular Activity
• At the Member's Own Request (Self-Exclusion)
• As directed by a court or law enforcement authority

All financial transactions on xx 99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals.

Withdrawal Terms

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed
• Withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for the original deposit
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000 (BDT). Amounts exceeding this limit require special approval.
• Winnings derived from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made

Bet Cancellation Policy

• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error before the event begins, the stake will be refunded

Live Betting Rules

Odds in Live Betting change rapidly. The odds may shift between the time you submit your bet and when it is confirmed. xx 99 accepts bets at the latest available odds.

Xx 99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

Wagering (Betting Requirement)

A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wager means ৳10,000 in bets is required for a ৳1,000 bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a set expiry period. Once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled
• Whether a new bonus can be claimed while another is active depends on the individual offer — terms vary
• If bonus abuse is confirmed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided
• Some bonuses apply to specific games or sports only

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on xx 99 to maintain a fair environment. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension and legal action.

• Multiple Accounts – Opening and operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Bots & Automation – Using automated software to place bets or manage your account
• Bonus Abuse – Using multiple accounts or identities to exploit the bonus system
• Fraud – Providing false payment details, a fake identity, or using another person's information
• Collusion – Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage
• Hacking – Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems

Xx 99 operates with the highest level of reliability. However, some issues may arise due to circumstances beyond xx 99's control.

Areas Where xx 99 Bears No Liability

• Losses caused by internet outages or third-party service disruptions
• Loss of account credentials due to the member's own negligence
• Bets that were not processed due to an unexpected technical failure
• Service suspension under order from a competent authority

Complaints & Disputes

For any dispute, please contact the xx 99 support team first. If the matter is not resolved within 72 hours, a formal complaint process may be initiated. xx 99 takes all complaints seriously.
